Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping every day, on every purchase, with no minimums. From sleep masks to mattresses, your order ships free to the contiguous US, ensuring your wellness journey starts without barriers.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, and military APOs. Sales tax applies based on your state and local rates, calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping normally takes 2-6 days, but varies by supplier. Estimated timelines are supplier provided and visible on each product page, and added to your cart for convenience as product order shipping timeline notes.

What are the delivery options?

  • Small Items (e.g., sleep masks, essential oils): Shipped via FedEx or USPS, delivered to a secure, dry spot at your doorstep (e.g., porch, behind a planter). No signature required unless specified by the carrier.
  • Large Items (e.g., mattresses, massage chairs): Handled by specialized carriers with options including:

Curbside Delivery: Placed outside your home; you move it from there. This is included for free with all orders.


Room of Choice Setup: Delivered to any room, with assembly. No boxes or trash will be removed.


Full Service Delivery: Delivered, moved to your room of choice, assembled, and packaging removed.

Options are displayed at checkout, tailored to your product.

Note: Some premium delivery services use a 3rd party to complete the setup in coordination with the delivery service.

Can I track my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your order upon arrival and note any damage with the shipping agent at delivery. Contact us immediately at orders@omegalifestyles.com to report defects, damages, or incorrect items. What is your return policy?

  • 14-Day Window for Most Items: Return products like pillows or diffusers within 14 days from receipt.
  • 100-Day Mattress Trial: Test mattresses at home for 100 days; exchange or return if it’s not perfect (we recommend 30 nights to adjust).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Adjustable bases and massage chairs are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be like-new with tags and original packaging (mattresses can be fully tested but must be clean and resalable).
  • Cancellations: Cancel orders free before the shipping label is created; after, use the standard return process.
  • Refunds & Credits: Choose instant store credit upon return shipment or refunds processed in 3-6 business days to your original payment method.

How do I start a return?

Use our self-serve return portal on omegalifestyles.com for a no-hassle experience. Log into your My Account, select your order, and initiate the return with a few clicks. Alternatively, contact us at returns@omegalifestyles.com. Returns can only be requested after receiving the product.

Who pays for return shipping?

To keep our premium products affordable, customers cover return shipping costs, helping us avoid hidden fees in product prices. For a $5 fee, we’ll create a non-prepaid return label using standard carriers (you pay the actual shipping cost at drop-off, e.g., at FedEx or USPS). Alternatively, you can arrange your own shipping. Can I exchange an item?

For mattresses within the 100-day trial, direct exchanges are available. For other items, return the product and place a new order for the fastest swap. Non-returnable items (adjustable bases, massage chairs) cannot be exchanged.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Note: while we make every effort to expedite your delivery we do not control all aspects of the supply and delivery process. As a result, unforeseen delays can occur.
